Hi, I'm Anastasia.
I believe the answers and strength you're looking for are already within you — sometimes it just takes the right space and the right support to find them.
I've spent my career working with people during some of their hardest moments, whether that’s in foster care systems, schools across Los Angeles County, hospitals, housing programs, and now in private practice. That range has taught me how differently anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can show up in someone's life, and it's shaped how I show up for my clients: as a real person, not just a clinician reading from a script.
Today I work exclusively with teens, Millennials, and Gen Z adults across California via telehealth, helping people move through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the everyday weight of relationships, work, and life transitions.
Credentials:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), State of California
10+ years in practice, 15+ years working specifically with teens and young adults
I have received training in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Humanistic, and Solution-focused approaches and continue to refine my training regularly to stay up to date with the latest data and research
LGBTQ+ affirming, Black lives matter affirming, racial-justice allied
On a Personal Note:
I have lived in Los Angeles since middle school, outside of college, and consider it home. During my undergraduate degree, I realized that social work and therapy were something that I felt I had natural skills in and felt more of a calling of my personal and professional values than it did a typical career. I feel both humbled and grateful to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, learn about who they are and continue to understand their values and purpose in a deeper and more authentic capacity.
Outside of the therapy office, you can find me on a nature walk with my dog, having a dance party with my son, spending time with friends and family, exploring photography, singing to 2000’s R&B, or baking sourdough bread.
