How I work
We'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, identify what's most important to you, and create realistic steps toward the life you want. I draw from CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused approaches — we'll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, practice making room for difficult feelings instead of fighting them, and focus on your strengths while creating meaningful, achievable change.
